As shown on the left picture, this reverse die (H427-R1) is the same one as H429 - R3! (go to the H429 page and scroll down to "Die R3" to see all the other specimens). Note that if the coins struck by H429-R3 coins are showing an almost immaculate head of king on their obverse side (the left picture is a good example), their reverse side is much more corrupted (the left specimen also seems to present a die break). It could be explained as follow: The reverse die with falcon were firstly used to strike H427. Then later, this die which begun to be worn, has been re-used in association with the "head of king" obverse die for striking a part of the H429 coinage................. ... ... ... ... .... .
